This was my first time using it, and it went on a lot easier than I thought it would. The videos made a big difference and helped me feel like I knew what I was doing. My counter turned out looking really good, and there wasn’t a huge mess to deal with either. Based on my experience, I’d say this is doable even if you’ve never tried something like this before.

The box showed up in really good shape, and I could just tell right away it had been packed well. No dents, no mess, nothing that made me worry.

I watched the Stone Coat Countertops tutorials and learned more than I expected. I kept wondering if I was overthinking everything or just not very handy, but the way they showed the steps made it easy to follow. I also liked that they didn’t edit out every little mistake, because seeing how they fixed things made me feel a lot less clueless. Nothing flashy, just clear and useful info that made the whole project feel less intimidating

I was excited when I first got it because it looked really nice right away and I thought I’d found something that was actually worth the price, but after about a week I started noticing dull spots, then a couple little chips showed up, and I kept wondering if I had somehow done something wrong even though I didn’t treat it roughly or anything. It’s not the worst thing ever, it just didn’t hold up the way I hoped and ended up being kind of disappointing.

I’m definitely not a pro with this kind of project, I’m the type of person who somehow misplaces the tape measure five times in an hour, but it still ended up looking clean and feeling really solid. Happy with it overall.

Ended up buying more epoxy than I needed. Packed up the extra, sent it back. expected the usual back-and-forth, but nope. Return was easy, refund came through quick. No weird hassle, no chasing anyone down.

I’m really happy with how my countertop came out. The colors ended up blending together way better than I expected, and it has that custom look without feeling too busy or overdone. I’ve already had a few people compliment it too, which is always nice... definitely glad I went with it...

I used the Stone Coat kit on our kitchen counters a little over two years ago, mostly because I felt kind of trapped with our old counters and didn’t want to deal with the cost or mess of replacing them. We cook all the time, the kids are constantly dropping things, and I expected it to show a lot more wear by now.

So far there’s been no peeling or weird soft spots, which is a relief. There are a couple tiny scratches if you really go looking for them, but nothing that bothers me day to day. Overall, I’m happy with how well it’s lasted.

I ordered from Stone Coat Countertops and had a question about my shipment. They did get back to me, but it took a couple days each time, which felt a little long when I was trying to keep my project moving. Frustrating.

Once customer service replied, they were nice and answered my question without any issue. So overall it was fine, I just wish the communication had been quicker. Simple.

I grabbed a countertop epoxy kit from Stone Coat, for the price, it felt like a solid deal!!! It was definitely way cheaper than fully replacing the counters, and once I started getting the hang of the process, the finish actually came out looking really nice!!!
The instructions were helpful, but I’ll admit it took me longer than I thought it would!!! Not super hard, just a little more patience needed than I expected. Overall though, I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d totally buy it again for another project!!!
